Refund and  Cancellation Policy

If you would like to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I am here to help. I offer a full refund up to 24 hours before the date of your scheduled tour, less the amount of the processing fee for your order. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

 

If you need to cancel your tour, please email Shantay at thethirdeyesite@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your tour is scheduled. While I'll gladly refund your ticket, a processing fee will be assessed. I will not be able to refund tickets on the day of a scheduled tour. If the tour must be cancelled because of inclement weather or illness, customers will be fully refunded.

Please note, you cannot return your tour after the scheduled date.
